Mecha-Gekzolla

Mecha-Gekzolla is an enemy of Gekzolla. At first, the mammoth machine was sent into battle disguised via hologram to look like the real McCoy, so as to help confuse the giant herptile. The hologram threw Gekzolla off at first, but when a powerful electrical discharge disrupted the cloak, the truth was revealed to the monster.

However, MGZ's non-stick armor coating and electrical absorption capabilities allowed him to make short work of the mutant menace, before Gekzolla managed to strike the vulnerable eyes, temporarily putting the machine out of commission before retreating to tend his wounds.

MGZ was modified to make the eyes a less vulnerable target and sent into battle again. Once again, the machine proved to be too powerful physically for the herptile to overcome, although his regeneration allowed him to shrug off much of the damage the projectile weaponry used against him did. In a last ditch effort, MGZ gripped his opponent and ascended into the sky, dragging the struggling Gekzolla with him. It was there that Gekzolla discovered the last weakness of the machine. The non-stick coating on the rest of the body did not cover the engines that allowed for flight, and soon, Gekzolla ripped them out causing the two to plummet to the sea. The machine was destroyed on impact after taking the brunt of the damage for Gekzolla, who retreated once again, satisfied with his victory over men.

-Non-stick armor coating protects him from Gekzolla's melee attacks.
-Armor absorbs electricity and uses it to power the Crotch Cannon
-The crystal on the hips fires a powerful concussive beam after absorbing electrical energy. Affectionately known as the Crotch Cannon.
-Shouler mounted laser cannons
-Lightning generator in the tail can fire a powerful stream of electricity.
-Can discharge a thermal energy beam fromt he mouth.
-Can disguise himself as Gekzolla via hologram projectors.
-Can regenerate some damage via nanotechnology.
-Capable of flight at Mach 3 via engines in the back.

I know Steve hates anti-kaiju mecha, but I figured...what's a giant mutant saurian without at least one mechanical doppleganger? I hope he doesn't mind too much.
